DISABILITY STATEMENT

We are able to offer access to patients with wheelchair mobility needs and we can also offer disabled toilet facilities. Where we are unable to provide services to any disabled patients we will seek to give details of an alternative provider.

CONSULTATIONS & CONFIDENTIALITY

Consultations are conducted in private and all information given during consultations remains confidential. Consultation is required prior to all our treatments.

BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS

Patient before and after photos are not published on this website. We value our patients and their privacy. Furthermore, the physical characteristics differ from one person to another, and everyone’s results are individual. During the consultation before and after photos of patients who have given their explicit consent may be available.

CHAPERONES

You may have a chaperone present during any consultation, assessment, treatments or review appointment. If you wish to bring a chaperone please let us know when booking your appointment.

VALUABLES

Please remove any jewellery or valuable items prior to the treatment and place them in your purse. Lesprit Medical Clinic cannot be held responsible for any loss.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS

As part of the service we offer complementary post- laser hair reduction appointment called touch-up. Touch-up laser hair removal is an optional evaluation process offered strictly within 14 days from the treatment date.

COURSES AND PACKAGES

Courses and packages are subject to a limited availability and validity. Payments made against them cannot be redeemed for cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation notice is required for all treatments. As a courtesy to fellow patients, kindly cancel your appointment as soon as your plans change. Appointments can be cancelled online at [email protected] or by phone by calling us at: (04) 3388238.
